Journal Entry

Here is my journal entry from a few days back.

"I know your works. See, I have set before you an open door, and no one can shut it;" Revelation 3:8

When God opens the door before us, no man can close it. Man is not in control of my destiny, God is! Men make decision that affect me, yes. But in the end God is directing affairs in my life to bring me to my appointed destination.

I want to learn to trust Him more and not be shaken when men's decisions loom large in my life. I also want to be able to teach others this truth, that they can stand firm through trying times.

Lord I thank You for the open door. I trust You Lord, more thna what I can see.

Now that's a lesson God is teaching me.
